Roasted Chicken



Roasted chicken with Créole marinade.

Here are the ingredients for the marinade Chicken Creole.
The ingredients are adjusted according to the size of the chicken.
Marinate 12 hours minimum.
With a knife pierce the chicken legs, to allow the marinade penetrate inside.
Cook about 40 minutes, turning the chicken regularly.


Lime juice
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Honey
Ricard
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Herb de provenc
